MR. AKINWUMI ISAAC AJIBOYE, (MD/CHIEF EXECUTIVE)

He started his insurance career with Guinea Insurance Company Limited in 1988 from where he moved to Femi Johnson & Co., Incorporated Insurance Brokers in 1990. Here, he sat for and passed the qualifying examination of the Institute of Chartered Insurance, London, in 1991.

In 1992, he joined Hogg Robinson Nigeria, a firm of Insurance Brokers, where he had the opportunity of working very closely with the company’s top  management team, which facilitated his rapid exposure to multinational companies insurances. He left Hogg Robinson Nigeria in 1993 as a Manager and joined Koguna Babura Insurance Brokers as a Controller overseeing ALL classes of insurance including Energy Risks.He also had the opportunity of attending various seminarsand trainings on Risk management and Consultancy Services.This gave him the rare priviledge to supervise the accounts of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) and Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) amongst others. He was promoted to Assistant General Manager (Technical) in 1999 and held this position until late year 2000 when he took up the position of Chief Executive of C & I having obtained more than a decade experience in the Insurance Broking business. Mr. Ajiboye graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Insurance from the University of Lagos in 1986.

 MR. RAPHEAL OLUMUYIWA ALE, (EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR)

He studied Insurance in the University of Lagos and has over seven years insurance experience from different insurance organizations. He started his insurance career with Slof Union Insurance Brokers in 1988 and later moved to Prudence Insurance Brokers & Consultants in 1990. He left Prudence Insurance Brokers to join Hogg Robinson Nigeria in 1991 as an Assistant Manager (Special Risks).

In 1992, he moved to head the Insurance Agency Unit of Nigeria International Securities Limited (a subsidiary of Continental Merchant Bank Nigeria Plc.) Here, in addition to his insurance job, he was trained as a stockbroker. He sat for the qualifying exams of the stock Broking Institute and passed. He is presently a Stockbroker as well as Insurance Broker. He joined C & I in year 2000 as Executive Director.

 MR. ANDY BOYO

Mr. Andy Boyo studied in the United States of America where he obtained degrees in Mechanical and Petroleum Engineering. He also obtained a Master degree in Business Administration from the same United States of America.

 He worked with various Multi-National Organizations in the United States of America including the Progressive Petroleum Company, Los Angeles, California where he was a General Manager. He later came to Nigeria to start ABNL Limited, an Oil servicing Company.

He is a Consultant in energy matters. He has acquired about 25 years of experience in oil and Gas Industry.

 MR.NOSA OSEMWENGIE

A lawyer by profession, he attended the University of Lagos where he obtained Bachelor Degrees in Mass Communication and Law in 1985 and 1988 respectively. He also obtained a Master Degree in Business Administration from the Lagos state University. He worked with the Guardian Newspaper briefly in 1985 and left for National Office for Technology Acquisition and Promotion as Legal/Public Affairs in the same year.

 He later joined Magnum Trust Bank Limited in 1992 as one of the pioneer staff. Here he worked and rose to become the head of Personnel Department. He left the Bank in 1997 to set up a private law firm, where he currently practices.
